1. Tamilee Webb
The fitness hall of famer for “Buns of Steel” is all over television and hitting exercise hard to help get your abs, buns and full body in shape this season. She’s also known to bring her cute dog into all of her workouts. For some fun that yields results, check out Tamilee Webb.
2. Jay Blanhnik
Jay has been all over the world and continues to share his expertise with fitness pros and all of his followers. You can find him on television shows galore and he works with fortune 500 companies to get their employees into shape.
3. Chris Powell
Chris Powell is the trainer and transformation specialist on ABC’s highly rated “Extreme Weight Loss” (formerly known as “Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition,” which returned for a third season on May 28, 2013. His mind, body and spirit workout techniques, combined with meditation and mindfulness are the power combo you need.
