Buen Sabor Wednesday-Low Fat Lemon Flan

If you are Latino you have certainly had flan. And if you are not, you have probably heard of it. Flan is the Latino version of créme caramel or caramel custard. It is a rich custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top. (My mom makes the absolute best, but it’s hardly low fat). Since it was 95 degrees, here in Los Angeles, today I thought that I’d share a low fat, refreshing, lemon version of this Latino favorite. Click here for the Low fat Lemon Flan recipe.
