Happy New Year to you all!
You’ve hit the nail on the head. I know there are some days it just doesn’t feel right to exercise. It’s like my intuition is telling me I need a rest. So, I honor that and it always pays off. I still get in my cardio/strength training/pilates 3 times a week most weeks and it all works out. Advice I often give my patients is that you need to work WITH your body not against it. Good for you for sharing your experience and insight with us!
