Maravilloso Monday- Half Way There!

I can’t believe that there are only 4 more weeks until the MORE Magazine/Fitness Magazine Half Marathon that I am training for. I am feeling confident that I won’t totally collapse at the finish line, (and more importantly, that I will MAKE it to the finish line). Training for this race I have been more inspired to exercise than ever before. Each week I schedule my workouts right into my iPhone and in the past month I have only missed one workout, (last Monday when I was feeling run down). In general, I feel great, am getting in rock star shape and more importantly, I see that I have inspired some of you to kick your exercise up a notch. That’s fantastic!!!

    Wow ladies! Thanks for your comments. I am so happy to know that you’ve been inspired by my crazy idea to run a half marathon. You all keep me honest and training, too. Today I did 7 miles, pushing my son in his Baby Jogger. It was quite tough, especially because I did it in the hills. Yikes! at one point a runner passing me asked if I needed help. It was the final stretch and he must have seen how tired I was. Anyway, I did it. Next week it’ll be easier. And luckily, at the half marathon I won’t be pushing a bBay Jogger. LOL

    Thanks for the opportunity Ana! I’ve been using the beginning mat workout and pilates for weight loss for 6 months… core challenge here I come!
